Change the variables value window to only display the relative global and local variables for the parent or called macro

In F8 and F9 local variables from a called macro are displayed and IMHO should not be. The exception would be if a user uses F7 but in that case I believe only the global variables from the parent macro and local variables for the current macro should be apparent. IE the variables window should only show what the macro or called macro has access to at that time.
