Disabling macro locks in preferences does not work.

Clearing the check box in the preferences has no effect, locks are still created. After clearing my checkbox in the Preferences > File System > Network tab > Lock the macro(s) currently being edited I opened a macro in a file. I then opened the same file on another machine and tried to open the same macro and it complains about being locked by another user. Conversely clearing the checkbox on the second machine does allow it to edit the macro even when the first one has a legitimate lock (box is checked) on the macro.
