When one creates a floating menu it is
positioned behind the task bar if the bar is on the side or top and is
set to not autohide and 'always on top' which causes it to disappear.
One can avoid the problem by changing the position in the floating menu
position parameters but to a novice it could be confusing. I suggest a
user warning or better yet if a taskbar is in the way set the start
position such that it isn't being covered up.
